Stratum was founded by J-P Nowacki, who previously built and led CSC's European capital markets business, growing it into a market-leading platform. He brings deep industry relationships and proven operational expertise across securitisation, ABF, and structured finance. J-P's approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring Stratum delivers the expertise and service quality that institutional clients require.

The executive team is further supported by a Markets Advisory Committee led by Rob Ford who has been involved in the European securitisation market since its inception, with a series of senior roles including 21 years at Barclays where he built and led their European ABS trading desk, followed by a further 15 years as a founding partner with Twenty Four Asset Management, whilst also providing advisory support to central banks, regulators and policymakers in the UK and across the EU.

Stratum’s executive board also includes Zita Saurel, a highly experienced investment professional who spent 20 years at Hellman & Friedman, heading their European Capital Markets activities and making investments across Europe, before establishing Celium Capital, a search fund investor. Zita also serves as a board member of Allfunds PLC, a global dealing and distribution platform in the wealth management industry. She is a Director of Glasswing International and a Trustee of the Royal Ballet School Endowment Fund.
